Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days after your order has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at yjmn15514377938@163.com   with your order number and reason for return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. We will help arrange a replacement, refund, or other solution.

We do not accept returns for used items, items damaged by misuse, customized products, gift cards, or final sale items.

If local consumer law gives you additional rights, those rights are not affected by this policy.
